Did I fry my oscilloscope?
At work I was using a Tektronix 1002 digital scope, when the probe briefly came in contact with a 3KV DC power supply. Now that channel has no trace at all with AC/DC coupling, not even a 0V DC line! (CH2 still works). Any chance it will work tomorrow, can I fix it, or am I screwed?
Did you try turning it off and back on? if that didn't work, it wont work tomorrow either, there is probably very little chance that you can fix it yourself, that is not to say it can't be fixed, I suppose you could pay to have it fixed by a service center that is equipped with parts and documentation to fix it, in short you are probably screwed.
Were you using an X1 probe? since the maximum input voltage is 300V, I would think it might have been OK if you were using an X10 probe, though you probably would have exceeded the probe rating.
