So 15.8A = 15.8C/second
q = n*qe total charge = number of electrons*charge of 1 electron
So n = 15.8/1.60x10^-19 = 9.88x10^19/second
so in 4 hours n = 9.88x10^19/second*4*3600 = 1.42x10^24
